It\u2019s not fancy, but everything that matters is done right.  Making a phone reservation was fast and easy, and when we arrived at 10 pm it took only a minute to check in and be on our way to the room.  The room was immaculately clean.  I appreciated that they had installed a water-saving 1.28 gpf toilet -- and yes, it worked well.  The HVAC unit was blessedly quiet, and the bed was quite comfortable.  Three things stood out for me: 1) The rooms were VERY quiet -- you couldn\u2019t hear people in other rooms or in the hallway.  2) The breakfast room served Cravens Coffee from Spokane \u2014 a delicious surprise (and the biscuits and gravy were tasty too).  3) Last but not least, all the staff were quietly competent, efficient, and friendly.<!-- R-CONTENT --><\/div> <span our cross country trip!<\/strong>\nWe stayed for one night in a pet friendly room.  The room was exceptionally clean with comfortable beds and pillows, and was amazingly quiet.  The breakfast provided was hot and cold, definitely more extensive than other hotels, and obviously of better quality.   All staff members were attentive and welcoming. and reasonable rates!<\/strong>\nWe stayed two nights here and were so impressed with the friendliness of the staff. We are Canadian, and we have stayed in many hotels in Canada and the United States, but we have never experienced such a welcoming hotel. The rooms were quiet and clean and breakfast had a great variety of items. It was quiet and clean and the staff was very helpful.  We could walk to restaurant and it's right next to the hospital.
