Perfect 1 night stay while traveling
We stayed here on 9/26/22 one night on a road trip to Glacier Nat'l Park. Our room was clean, comfortable bed, perfect after a 9-hour drive. Staff was very helpful. Included breakfast was just okay. A Gem in Billings
The Riversage is a perfect smaller non pretentious boutique style hotel with reasonable affordable rates away from the freeway near downtown Billings and very convenient to the airport.

It is located in a beautiful neighborhood near the medical center. It has free parking and breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful.  The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet.

Nice place conveniently located.
Maybe not the newest place, but very homey and well kept. Cozy fireplaced sitting area in lobby.  Very friendly staff.  The room was clean and quiet.  A nice selection for breakfast. Night away
My bf and I stayed over night as a quick mini get away. The room was nice and clean, as was the lobby and the parking lot. All of the staff were helpful and friendly, the only one who wasn’t was a night desk gentleman when we stopped to ask a question on our way to our room. We waited for him to finish what he was doing before asking for recommendations for places to eat the next day, he was kinda dismissive/boarder line rude. It took a while to get his attention ( which we understood that he needed to reach a stopping place in whatever he was doing) and stopped just short of outright making us feel like we were interrupting him and  keeping him from something much more important.

Thorough clean!!!
I stayed here when a family member was hospitalized. I really appreciated all the effort the staff goes through to clean each room. I watched them bring furniture out of the rooms while they were cleaning. Now that’s thorough! The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating.

A good, quiet, clean motel.
This motel is located just north of downtown Billings, near a large medical facility.  The rooms are nice, the facilities are clean and the staff was very friendly.  There was a refrigerator and microwave included with the room.  The dog walk area was limited and the disabled parking was in both number and location of the space. Quiet place hidden next to the hospital
One night stay w/spouse in July 2021.  Friendly staff, very clean lobby and our room was perfect...King bed, very comfortable, clean and very quiet on the 3rd floor.  Ice vending unit on 2nd floor.  This hotel has a elevator and stairs.  Morning breakfast had good choices, hard boiled eggs, egg sandwiches, yogurt, danishes/pastries, fruit and coffee and juice.  I would come back here to stay again - esp for the cost as a big factor. Other lodging options in Billings are expensive.   We did notice that being across from hospital - alot of the tenants here are patients or family of patients.  We walked around the entire hospital complex for exercise (coming off a 12hr drive from MN) - did this a few times.  We felt safe.   Walked to the 406 TapRoom for supper (recommend). Parking is plentiful for regular cars but truck parking be best in the adjacent clinic parking lot or on the street. Not suitable for trailers of any type, but a couple blocks to the west of hospital has a large parking complex that I noticed RV parking.  COVID 19 standards in place as a few of staff wore mask and some did not, glass barrier at front desk and hand sanitizer scattered around.  I don't think Pets can be allowed in, due to sanitation concerns in location near hospital.   This is a quiet setting hotel, not a party hotel.  The streets are very busy with traffic in the early morning as hospital/clinic staff arrive for work.   But its still a nice location. Excellent property!
Stayed here one night on a trip farther West. This property is unique-loved the windows and that they opened. Very comfortable and clean. Front desk staff friendly and kind. Breakfast area was small and crowded with people who stayed at tables long after eating. No matter how nice the hotel is, there are always rude guests! Wonderful place to stay
Excellent property and very convenient to the Doctor’s. Front desk staff is extremely efficient,  pleasant and helpful. Property is very clean. Our room was very comfortable as quite. We will stay here again.
